Art Speaks with Music & Words: “Emily, The Way You Are: A One-Woman Opera Celebrating the Life and Work of Emily Carr”, is part of the Heliconian Club’s concert series. This concert will feature an opera written for one soprano by artist and composer Jana Skarecky, along with Jana’s paintings and readings. Ann Carson will be reading excerpts of poetry. Both Jana and Ann are members of the Heliconian Club.
