Ann Elizabeth Carson is one of two poets who will take part in SENTIENT LIGHT, an Ekphrasis Experience. The photography exhibit features eight Heliconian artists. Performances by poets Ann Elizabeth Carson and Karen Shenfeld, dancers Alviva Fleising and Angela Blumberg and musician Kye Marshall, all Heliconian members, will engage with the spirit of selected photographs, and thereby enhance the artistic impact of the images, a delightful form of synergy.
